Who can attend?
The Digital Summit is for government and industry. Any digital leaders or practitioners in federal, state, territory or local government are invited to attend. We’re thrilled to also open up this event to our colleagues in industry, recognising that digital transformation works best when we collaborate and learn together.

VISA or Mastercard only are accepted. A 2% credit card fee applies. Please note that when you pay by credit card, the name of our secure payment provider 'Conference Logistics' will appear on your statement.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Details regarding EFT payments can be found on your tax invoice. This will be sent with your confirmation email when you register.
Once you register, we will send you a confirmation email and tax invoice within 5 working days. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam (junk mail) folder before contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you all communications by email.
If your email address has changed since registering, you can update your contact email address by emailing email@example.com. When you register online you will create an account to access and edit your details up until the summit.
If you are no longer able to attend the summit after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute to attend on your behalf. You can send your substitution request or cancellation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received by Friday 13 September 2019 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after Friday 13 September 2019 are not refundable.
Special rates have been organised and can be booked when you are registering. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com. Please note that a credit card number will be required to complete the booking via the registration process, but payment is not immediately required.
