We’re partnering with Microsoft to deliver a range of training for government employees from November 2020 onwards. All training is instructor-led and delivered virtually through Microsoft Teams.   

Product training for IT Administrators

Courses on offer include:

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (1 day)

For IT professionals who aspire to deploy and manage cloud services in their organisation, or who are looking to acquire foundational knowledge on cloud fundamentals.

Managing Microsoft Teams (4 days)

For IT administrators interested in Microsoft Teams or in passing the Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate certification exam.

Managing Modern Desktops (5 days)

A Modern Desktop Administrator (MDA) deploys, configures, secures, manages and monitors devices and client applications in an enterprise environment. Responsibilities include managing identity, access, policies, updates and apps.

Microsoft 365 Security Administrator (4 days)

For IT administrators looking to move into a Microsoft 365 Security Administrator role.

From using templates and ‘drawing your thoughts’ to inserting videos and content from the web, this introductory course ensures you’re making the best use of OneNote.

Microsoft Power BI

Power BI lets you easily connect to your data sources, visualise what’s important and share with other users in your organisation. In this course you’ll learn how to build your own dashboard using Power BI.
