Australian Human Rights Commission
Ryan McConville is an experienced, legally-trained Information Manager with the Australian Human Rights Commission.
Ryan has a strong track record of delivering and administering recognised information systems within government, including TRIM/Content Manager, Resolve and SharePoint.
Whether designing information architectures or developing governance frameworks, Ryan’s focus is on using new technology to drive business improvement.
Ryan is currently implementing the first electronic data retrieval and management system (EDRMS) in Australian Government to use artificial intelligence for records classification, named RADICAL (Record And Document Innovation & Capture - Artificial Learning). RADICAL is based on RecordPoint’s Classification Intelligence model and SharePoint Online, and is the envy of agencies using a traditional EDRMS.
Ryan will present a case study for "Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence" at Digital Summit 2019.
