Ross is a results-oriented executive with over 15 years of experience delivering complex digital ICT business and technical programs, for whole-of-government and private enterprises.

Leading significant programs with budgets ranging from $24-120 million, Ross builds cohesive teams that achieve exceptional outcomes.

Working in and with government to design, develop and deliver a range of new disruptive digital services, he has worked with the NSW Customer Service Commissioner and Small Business Commissioner on the world-first digital program ‘Easy to do Business’, winning the NSW Premier’s Award.

Today, Ross is working with government agencies across other States and Territories to achieve similar outcomes that benefit the customer and community.

Ross will present a case study in "Digital Simplification & Automation" at Digital Summit 2019.
