James Offer has over 15 years’ experience in design and digital and has worked in government, media and ecommerce in Australia, the UK and the Netherlands.

He is currently team leader of enterprise design team at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority in Canberra.

Along with designing services and experiences he has a keen interest in data visualisation and sharing photos of cats on social media.

James will present a case study for "Digital Simplification & Automation" at Digital Summit 2019.
