Amit Ghildyal works for Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) at the Department of Defence.

He is currently finishing his PhD at UNSW@ADFA under the supervision of Professor Elizabeth Chang. He is passionate about developing a framework for agile Information Technology (IT) Governance in the public sector to drive innovation in the era of converging emerging technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This framework will foster collaborative relationships along several dimensions.

Amit has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).

Amit has previously worked with large global corporations across Asia-Pacific in a variety of operational and corporate roles, and functions including procurement and supply chain management. He led the implementation of a web-based collaborative global data-centric supply chain information system in the Asia-Pacific region leading to a transformational impact across the organisation.

Amit will present a case study in "Cloud & API" at Digital Summit 2019.
