Due to growing interest from industry to provide feedback, we have extended our consultation into the Digital Seller Underperformance Policy to end 4pm AEDT Monday, 9 February 2026.
The DTA opened its consultation into the Digital Seller Underperformance Policy (DSUP) on 21 November 2025.
Digital sellers and industry stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on how the Policy enables fair and transparent management of seller underperformance information to drive improved digital project outcomes across Government.
DSUP is designed to incentivise digital buyers and sellers to work together to resolve delivery challenges and achieve successful outcomes.
We will use feedback gathered through this consultation to consider options to apply the underperformance policy to other contract types. Feedback from a wide range of sellers and stakeholders will help to inform these decisions.
