The Rimini Street arrangement simplifies the buying of Rimini Street services for Australian Government agencies. It provides benefits and pricing not previously available to many agencies.
Who this arrangement is for
- Non-corporate Commonwealth entities must use this arrangement when they choose to buy Rimini Street services.
- Corporate Commonwealth entities and state and territory governments agencies including public higher education institutions (established by legislation) can opt in to use the arrangement.

This arrangement covers all Rimini Street services.

These arrangements are part of the Australian Government’s ICT coordinated procurement contracting framework initiatives.
The Rimini Street whole-of-government arrangement is a contractual agreement between Rimini Street Inc. and the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA). The strategic arrangement was signed on 28 January 2020.
The arrangement provides pricing and conditions for all non-corporate Commonwealth entities.
Government buyers who use this arrangement must still comply with the following policies and processes:
- Commonwealth Procurement Rules
- the PGPA Act 2013
- the PGPA Rule 2014
- their organisation’s accountable authority instructions
